Job Description WSP is looking for a Project Manager to join the Mining Project Management team in Calgary, responsible for delivering multidisciplinary mining and environmental projects across Western and Northern Canada. Responsibilities Support the delivery of multidisciplinary mining and environmental projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments are met. Coordinate project teams and defined workstreams, enabling effective collaboration across technical disciplines. Assist with project financial performance, including budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and invoicing. Maintain client relationships as a day‑to‑day point of contact on assigned workstreams, providing clear communication and progress updates. Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and quality aligned with WSP’s Business Management System and project delivery standards. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience supporting or coordinating projects in consulting, engineering, environmental, or mining‑related environments. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk). Experience supporting project financials, schedules, and technical deliverables in a professional services environment. Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to project management systems is an asset. Experience in mining, environmental, or regulatory projects is considered an advantage. Experience using Oracle for financial tracking is an asset. PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
