This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced international environment, focused on driving critical finance transformation initiatives across global teams. The successful candidate will be a confident and proactive delivery professional, capable of managing senior stakeholders, driving accountability and leading complex programmes with minimal oversight. What You’ll Be Doing Leading finance and financial systems transformation initiatives end-to-end Managing global stakeholders across business, finance and technology teams Driving governance, delivery discipline and project execution Managing risks, dependencies, timelines and stakeholder communication Supporting a dynamic and evolving finance change portfolio What We’re Looking For 8–10 years’ Project Management experience Strong background in finance, accounting or financial systems projects Experience delivering finance transformation or accounting systems change Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Confident, independent and comfortable challenging where needed Ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones Preferred Experience Banking, insurance or broader financial services background Exposure to reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, treasury, subledger or related finance processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
