Overview Panasonic Canada Inc. is hiring a Business Manager – HVAC Ventilation. This full‑time, hybrid role focuses on product management, marketing programs, factory liaison, market research, and business planning for HVAC ventilation products. Responsibilities Product Management: Review sales, pricing, margins, and market pricing. Maintain price lists and develop business plans and budgets. Adjust PSI forecast for launches and promotions. Marketing Programs: Implement approved marketing programs, coordinate communications to sales force, suppliers, and distributors, and manage media, packaging, brochures, contests, events, and promotional materials. Factory Liaison: Manage relationships with factories, negotiate pricing, monitor product flow, and provide market feedback. Market Research: Analyze third‑party research and market trends to inform product strategy. Operations Support: Oversee logistics staff for key accounts, rebate programs, and promotional administration. Reporting: Prepare monthly business reviews for the Director, present strategies, and update on projects. Customer Engagement: Participate in customer‑facing activities and support presentation materials. Product Road‑Map: Develop and maintain a 2‑year roadmap for assigned product lines. Qualifications Education : 3‑4 year bachelor’s degree in marketing or business. Experience : 7‑10 years of related work experience. Analytical Skills : In‑depth analysis and problem solving; ability to develop customized solutions. Strategic Thinking : Occasional strategizing and rapport building. Interpersonal & Negotiation : Eliciting answers, negotiating, and building relationships. Language : English. Compensation and Benefits $75,000 – $105,000 CAD annual salary. Eligible for a maximum annual bonus of 25 % of base salary based on objectives.
