Location Toronto-Hybrid: 2-3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday) Contract Duration ASAP to 10/31/2026 Business Group Commercial Banking CRM Engineering Project The Commercial Banking Engineering team is seeking a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for ideation support, design, development, and implementation of software to ensure continuous improvement and evolution in the CB Salesforce ecosystem. Typical Day in Role Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities. Supports one or more highly complex business processes. Work closely with business stakeholders and multiple teams to propose and design optimistic solutions in Salesforce. Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges. Implement solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity. Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications. Build Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs. Hands‑on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding, Aura framework, Lightning Web Components, API’s, Platform Events and Salesforce Data Model. Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating Salesforce.com with other systems. Must Have Skills 5+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using Salesforce.com. 2+ years' working knowledge of Salesforce tools to execute and manage workflow processes at various stages of the SDLC cycle (e.g. Salesforce DX). Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Advance certifications in Salesforce and nCino, like nCino 101/201/301, PD1. Nice‑To‑Have Skills Experience with nCino Credit Origination (managed package for Salesforce) – 2+ years in nCino Design, configurations and customizations. Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy. Relevant Salesforce accreditations (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Salesforce App Builder). Financial Services Cloud certification. Best VS. Average Candidate The ideal candidate for this is a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for ideation support, design, development, and implementation of software to ensure continuous improvement and evolution in the CB Salesforce ecosystem. Will demonstrate deep, hands‑on expertise across multiple Salesforce platforms, including Financial Services Cloud, integrations, and nCino managed package.
