Support the migration and transformation of HR systems from PeopleSoft to SAP SuccessFactors Analyze existing HR system bolt-ons and recommend modernization and optimization strategies Identify non-standard HR processes, legacy business rules, and underlying data dependencies Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and system integrations Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and data subject matter experts to ensure reliable and seamless system functionality What's Needed?
