Your job is to design, launch, track, and iterate on the campaigns that drive them. This is a hands‑on, execution‑heavy seat, not a strategy role. To learn more, feel free to visit us at Tasks Launch and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly across 100–200 inboxes (sequence design, warm‑up, deliverability, inbox rotation) Build, enrich, and segment target lists in Clay using waterfall enrichment (Apollo, LinkedIn, PMS stack detection, CAI directory sources) Run CRM workflows, sequences, lists, and reporting in HubSpot Track campaign performance daily — deliverability, opens, replies, meetings booked — and ship a 1-page weekly report on what's working and what's getting cut Support event‑driven campaigns around conferences (first one is in 3 weeks, three more by end of September) Test, measure, deliver, scale. Weekly experiments. Fast cycles. Requirements 2–4 years in B2B growth, demand gen, or outbound marketing Hands‑on with cold email platforms — Instantly strongly preferred; Smartlead, Lemlist, or Apollo Outbound also count HubSpot proficiency (workflows, sequences, lists, dashboards) Comfort with enrichment tools — Clay strongly preferred, or a track record of learning new tools fast Data fluency — you check campaign dashboards before coffee and you can tell signal from noise A bias toward shipping.
