This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong networks, recruitment experience, or a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. As an independent partner, you will play a key role in supporting employers while earning commission on successful placements. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage businesses with hiring needs Generate new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals Present Qoral’s recruitment and workforce solutions to prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships with employers Understand client needs and relay requirements to the internal team Hand over secured clients for service delivery by Qoral’s HR team Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions This role may be suitable for: Experienced recruiters seeking flexible, independent work HR professionals with strong professional networks Business development professionals with or without an interest in recruitment Individuals passionate about connecting people with opportunities Compensation This is a monthly retainer + commission-based opportunity. Partners earn commission on successful candidate placements and employer engagements facilitated through their efforts.
