Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Technical Program/ Product Manager to work for one of North America's largest athleisure companies. This individual will own the Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem as a strategic, enterprise-wide service, driving a shift toward standardized, scalable, and governed usage. The position exists to address fragmented, highly customized Jira implementations by defining and implementing consistent operating models. It is not a Jira administration role, but a platform ownership role focused on adoption, coherence, and long-term value. The role partners closely with engineering and technical teams to align Jira workflows, fields, and practices with modern delivery methods. It also guides the design of integrations between Jira and other critical systems to ensure Jira becomes the authoritative source for delivery lifecycle data. Finally, the role enables reporting and analytics while leading change management efforts to drive organization‑wide adoption and discipline. Experience implementing new methodologies to improve efficiencies across multiple teams Ability to design scalable configuration patterns and standards. Experience implementing SaaS tools for internal technology organizations. Light solution‑architecture thinking, especially around integrations.
