A graduate-level degree would be an assetLicensed to practice as a professional engineer or eligible to be licensed within six monthsSeven to ten years of relevant work experience in structural designExperienceExperienced in the design of various bridge types, culverts and other transportation structuresProficient in the full range of design activities, including preparation of preliminary and detail design drawings and reports, contract document preparation and tenderingDemonstrated knowledge of relevant structural engineering Codes and standardsProficiency in the use of computer modeling techniques using SAP2000, CSiBridge, or STAAD and familiarity with current AutoCAD softwareStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProficiency providing technical leadership to a team of professionalsStrong organizational and interpersonal skills along with both verbal and written communicationStrong technical report and specification writing skillsExperience in construction contract administration would be an assetCompensation $82,000 - $132,000Dillon is including the salary range that we in good faith believe may offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region.
