As a Product Manager at Dialogue, you will lead your team to define and deliver high‑impact work that improves member satisfaction and supports our business goals. What you'll be doing Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross‑functional teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Clinical Operations) to identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities Own and manage the roadmap for your Scrum team Engage regularly with clients and members (interviews, surveys, user testing) to understand needs and inform product strategy Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features and enhancements. Measure impact against user and business goals using tools like Metabase Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly language, facilitating communication between various teams and key leaders among the company. We'd love to hear from you if you have 2+ years of product management experience delivering user‑facing products Experience applying AI tools to streamline analysis, generate insights, and reduce manual work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at various levels. Experience leading Scrum teams alongside Design and Engineering in a tripod structure Proficiency in product discovery processes, with experience working from product discovery to product delivery.
