Are you an experienced CAD professional with upstream oil and gas experience working at a larger firm—technically strong, trusted by project teams— but limited by an existing CAD management structure? Integrated Geomatics is seeking a CAD Manager to take ownership of our CAD drafting function and shape how it scales as our business grows. This is not a production only role. It’s a leadership position for someone ready to own standards, training, and workflows—and to have real influence over how work gets done. What You’ll Be Doing Owning company wide CAD drafting standards and QA/QC Acting as the technical escalation point for complex survey drafting Developing structured onboarding and training for junior CAD staff Balancing drafting workload across projects and resources Working closely with Project Managers to support realistic schedules and delivery Mentoring and training staff to help them reach their optimum potential Driving continuous improvement in drafting workflows, templates, and tools Skills and Responsibilities Strong experience in oil & gas legal survey drafting in Alberta Highly proficient in AutoCAD / Civil 3D Review, mentor, or guide other CAD staff—formally or informally Want more ownership, influence, and career advancement than your current firm can offer Why Integrated Geomatics Direct influence on CAD standards, training, and team growth Practical, execution focused environment Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
