Our client in Markham, ON is seeking a Senior Director, Client Services to lead and scale a high-performing client management function within a fast-paced organization operating in the CPG, distribution, and supply chain space. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing client services operations, managing a team of senior leaders, and driving profitability across a complex client portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping client strategy, strengthening relationships, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term growth. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Services Directors and Managers Own and manage client portfolio performance, including profitability, service delivery, and long-term growth Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across key accounts Provide strategic guidance on pricing, renewals, and contract negotiations Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and execution Oversee P&L performance, ensuring financial targets are met and opportunities for improvement are identified Lead business reviews, forecasting, and financial reporting across the client services function Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction Support organizational planning, hiring, and team development across the function Requirements 12+ years of progressive experience in client services, account management, or operations leadership Proven experience managing leaders (Directors/Managers) and building high-performing teams Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen, including forecasting and margin management Experience in CPG, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage complex client portfolios and executive-level relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions through data Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3 or similar) is an asset Exposure to U.S. operations or multi-location environments is a plus If you are interested in this role please apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
