The candidate must have experience in: Corporate litigation; Commercial & Civil litigation; Conducting legal research; Willingness to handle both Small Claims Court and Superior Court files; Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail; Strong legal, advocacy and organizational skills; Mediation experience; Court, trial and tribunal experience; Confidence to manage files and clients independently; and Bilingual in English and French would be an asset but not required.
