This role is responsible for leading high-complexity projects, often multiple concurrently, using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods. The Project Manager ensures deliverables from both business and technology teams are completed and approved according to schedule. Ideal candidates will have experience with legal aid services and the Client sector. Job Responsibilities: Lead high-complexity projects and potentially manage multiple projects concurrently. Coordinate with matrixed internal teams and external vendor resources. Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for project delivery. Ensure timely delivery and approval of key project documents including requirement specs, design documents, and test plans. Identify and manage project risks and interdependencies across a project portfolio. Develop, refine, and monitor project budgets, ensuring they align with financial processes Manage hours and dollar allocations to remain within approved limits. Proactively handle change requests for scope, schedule, and budget adjustments. Represent the project effectively and develop mitigation plans with the team. Drive compliance with vendor contracts and monitor execution to ensure deliverables and payments are aligned. Oversee and manage multiple vendor engagements simultaneously for contract compliance. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of project management experience, including enterprise-level and multi-project environments. 5 years of experience in project planning and use of automated project planning tools. 5 years of experience with the software development lifecycle including tools, release/version control, testing, and deployment methodologies. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of legal aid services and the Client sector. Proficiency with tools including Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Planview. Experience leading compliance-heavy or multi-vendor project environments. Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification (e.g., PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of related experience is acceptable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
