Job Description Insurance Advisor – Mission, BC (Meier Rexall Mall Office) Compensation The expected hourly hiring range is $22.20 to $27.75 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions and internal equity. Responsibilities Promote and educate clients on insurance products. Take ownership of client relationships and help grow the presence and profile in the local community. Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention. Uncover clients’ business challenges, act as an advocate, identify needs and provide recommendations. Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles. Demonstrate a genuine curiosity and look for opportunities to grow your career. Qualifications Track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to build authentic client relationships. Strong time‑management skills, ability to prioritize workload, confidentiality and discretion.
