Come join Lash Condo Law. We are one of Canada’s top condo law firms (or at least we think so ) and we have a seat at the table for a corporate / litigation lawyer who does not want a ‘job’—but instead wants a career that is creative, collaborative, and innovative. If you’re tired of the same old cookie-cutter law firms and are looking for flexibility, growth, and a chance to make your mark in a specialized area of law, then this might be the opportunity you are looking for. What sets us apart: Lash Condo Law is a busy, growing, tech-forward, and energetic condo law firm with an active practice, assisting communities in Ontario in resolving a variety of issues that condominium corporations face. We take pride in representing our clients’ specific needs. Who we are looking for: A star litigator who is as obsessed with winning but at the same time, can take a collaborative and pragmatic approach to various issues facing condo communities. Someone who can thrive in a legal niche that’s growing faster than a pre-construction condo sale. Experience in condo law? Cool! If not, we will teach you. What you’ll bring: We are looking for someone collaborative, creative, and forward-thinking. Ideally, you’ll have experience in private litigation practice and a strong knowledge of corporate law; you’ll be able to collaborate effortlessly with others on the LCL team. Even though we often work independently, we use a shared system and regularly share our knowledge and experience with each other. You will be known for your excellent communication skills, collaborative nature, attention to detail and brilliant legal mind. You’ll bring with you excellent experience, and a desire to practise condominium law. What you’ll do: This is a high-impact, client-facing role, and your input on behalf of the firm, will be felt directly. You will be directly involved in litigation matters representing condominiums, in all aspects of enforcement, litigation, and corporate law, including: mediations and arbitrations involving such things as shared facilities disputes and developer issues; enforcement and compliance-related disputes representing clients before the condominium Authority Tribunal and all levels of Court; and commencing and defending applications before the Condominium Authority Tribunal; from drafting corporate documents to navigating dynamic board meetings; advising boards and managers with clear and practical legal advice. If you’re ready to leave ‘traditional law’ behind, let’s talk. Send us your resume, of course; but more importantly tell us why you’re the unicorn we have been waiting for. Email us at
