You will be a key member of the Corporate Development team and will work closely with the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to advance NHCS’s communications, brand and reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities Lead integrated communications strategies to strengthen NHCS’s positioning as a leading cardiovascular centre locally and regionally, including proactive media engagement, digital and social media communications, and reputation management. Partner with senior leadership and support the CCO in providing strategic communications counsel, translating organisational priorities and complex issues into clear, consistent, and effective narratives for both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee internal communications efforts to strengthen staff engagement and alignment across NHCS, as well as coordinate and manage strategic collaborations, including hosting delegations, managing corporate and philanthropic partnerships, where relevant. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, encourage new ideas, and drive continuous improvement in communications and partnerships work. Qualifications Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement, preferably within healthcare organisations. At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role, with proven experience managing communications teams. Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills, with hands‑on experience in media relations, leadership communications, and issues management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
