We deliver with excellence.We efficiently serve growers' needs and strive to provide a more profitable, sustainable future for all stakeholders.What You’ll DoMaintain compliance with Corporate Structural Integrity Guidance DocumentsAbility to perform analysis and design as per Canadian and US Codes & Standards Ensure new structural designs and installations meet codes & standards, Nutrien Specifications, applicable laws and regulationsFamiliarity with design standards, construction practices, and safety regulatory compliance·Responsible for maintenance of the Asset Integrity Management system documentation and Asset databasePlan, Schedule or conduct asset inspections, review and report findingsDesign engineered repairs in a brownfield environmentProvide field support to Maintenance, Operations and Capital ProjectsProvide oversight and support Capital Projects as Nutrien stakeholder and civil/structural SPOCWrite technical scope of works and create work packagesWhat You’ll BringBachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designationIntermediate level with 5 to 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering and design, preferably at a potash site or in an industrial settingStrong safety commitment and safety leadership· Ability to effectively communicate, written and oral, with a variety of stakeholders - internal and external· Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills· Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environmentExperience with Microsoft Office software, Computer Aided Structural Analysis & Design software’s such as Staad Pro or SAP2000 (or similar software) is required· Experience with 3DModeling and Design Software’s is considered an assetWorking knowledge of Navisworks (or similar 3D BIM collaboration software)Nutrien is an equal opportunity employer.
