We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking finance leader to help scale and strengthen a growing, technology-driven organization. Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, this role offers the opportunity to shape financial operations, influence strategic decision-making, and partner cross-functionally across the business. What You’ll Do Partner with senior finance leadership to prepare quarterly and annual financial statements Help oversee core finance operations, including financial reporting, revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting Drive continuous improvement across financial systems, processes, and controls to support organizational growth and operational efficiency Ensure accounting policies and procedures remain compliant with IFRS and other applicable regulatory requirements Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities in collaboration with business leaders across the organization Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Support external audit activities and serve as a key liaison with auditors during annual reviews Prepare presentations and financial materials for leadership teams, investors, and other stakeholders Coordinate with external tax advisors to support corporate tax and sales tax compliance in Canada and the United States Identify opportunities to enhance and modernize accounting practices and internal processes What You Bring 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS expertise Experience in a high-growth technology, SaaS, or digital-first organization is an asset Background in public accounting, ideally with a large global accounting firm, is preferred Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills Confidence working with senior leadership and presenting financial insights to stakeholders Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach Adaptability and comfort operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment A proactive mindset with a passion for driving process improvement and operational excellence Why This Role?
