Our ideal candidate is a graduate from an Accounting or Office Administration program with previous experience supporting a busy team. The roles and responsibilities will provide a broad range of experience and knowledge that can be helpful for starting your career in Accounting or Project Management. Responsibilities: Review clients contracts/agreements and purchase orders to ensure the end results will be fully functional projects in our ERP system. Ensure project creation and modifications comply with company-directed standards. Assist and provide backup support to accounting staff and auditors. Prepare and maintain accounting files, records, and reports. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ability to effectively and courteously communicate written and verbal information, and to clarify requirements as needed. Strong analytical intuition and problem-solving skills. A service focused approach and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines. Clear ability to work individually and as part of a team. A willingness to support the team as required and work in a collaborative manner. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and can easily analyze and create basic formulas.
