Drive Talent, Build Partnerships, Make an Impact Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in shaping CGI's future by attracting top IT talent across multiple business units. This role involves building strong partnerships with hiring leaders, influencing talent strategy, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Own and drive full‑cycle recruitment across multiple business units, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand needs, influence decisions, and deliver top talent. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across diverse channels (referrals, headhunting, social, events, and more). Build and nurture strong talent pipelines and professional networks. Champion a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience through every stage. Contribute fresh ideas and continuously improve how we attract and hire talent. Represent CGI at recruitment events and in the external market. Ensure data integrity and compliance across recruitment systems and processes. Qualifications 5+ years of full‑cycle IT recruitment experience (agency or in‑house). Proven ability to manage high‑volume recruitment while maintaining quality. Strong relationship‑building skills with both candidates and business stakeholders. Creative, proactive sourcing mindset across multiple channels. Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills. Collaborative, results‑driven approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
