Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking to hire a Business Consultant - Business Discovery and Optimization for a 12 Months contract. This is a Hybrid role in Toronto, 3 days in office per week. Must-Have Skills3+ years of process engineering experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft O365 Suite. 2+ years of experience with collaboration tools such as FigJam or Mural. Strong ability to quickly understand high-level concepts and translate them into process maps for opportunity identification. Experience designing future-state processes based on solutions brainstormed. Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems. Nice-to-Have SkillsFinancial Institution / Banking experience, including knowledge of call centers, back office, and/or Banking Center processing environments. Knowledge of people change management concepts. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. EducationDegree/diploma in Business, Arts, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
