About the Role As a Senior Associate Executive, you will be providing operational and administrative support in patient experience management at NCCS, including managing patient feedback, maintaining accurate records, and supporting service recovery processes. The role supports the Assistant Manager/Manager in overseeing daily feedback across multiple channels, ensuring timely follow‑up and case closure, and coordinating service quality initiatives to uphold high standards in patient engagement and service excellence. Some of the Key Responsibilities include: Manage patient feedback and enquiries, including compliments, suggestions, appeals, and complaints across multiple channels Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate cases and ensure timely resolution and follow‑up Support service quality and continuous improvement initiatives Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and maintain financial and audit documentation Monitor budget utilisation and maintain accurate administrative records Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting of feedback cases and survey results Coordinate departmental meetings, projects, and events, including logistical and administrative support Participate in training, Kaizen, and SOP review initiatives Provide general administrative support, including committee coordination and staff/patient gift arrangements Job Requirements: Diploma in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare administrative experience will be an added advantage Proficient in Microsoft 365, data management, and reporting Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder management skills Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills Detail‑oriented with analytical skills Self‑motivated, independent, adaptable Committed to quality and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
