Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager, the Civil Coordinator will support the coordination of civil engineering activities during the design phase. Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications, and engineering documents Collaborate with engineering teams and external consultants Ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements Identify design issues and support resolution Ensure proper integration between civil and other disciplines Track design progress and support schedule alignment Assist in the preparation and review of design deliverables Support documentation and design control processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5‑8 years of relevant experience Experience in hydroelectric projects is a major asset Strong understanding of civil engineering principles Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong organizational and communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer Aecon fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging within and across our organization.
