We are currently looking for a Manager – SAP FICO/RTR to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and for helping grow our business. Your Key Responsibilities As a Manager, you'll assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. These are shared with all EY market‑facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market. Willingness to travel up to 75% People Management: lead a diverse team, foster an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment Project Management: participate in large SAP client engagements, deliver quality services, manage risk, communicate with stakeholders, stay current with industry trends, and ensure daily client interaction Skills And Attributes For Success Skilled in team leadership – adhering to project methodology and PMO processes, planning data team’s work, leading local and offshore resources, reporting status, logging and escalating risks/issues/decisions, participating in program governance Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP Finance Effectively collaborate with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills Forward thinker and self‑starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects A strong work ethic To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor’s or master’s degree and 7–10 years of related work experience at minimum A degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or business undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification(s) in Finance is highly preferred At least 5–7 years of experience working with SAP Finance modules (GL, CO, AR, AP, AA experience preferred) and participation in multiple full life‑cycle SAP implementations Experience with implementing and advanced knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Cost Center Accounting Experience with implementing SAP Finance and integrations to SD, PM, MM, and HR integrations to SuccessFactors Knowledge of financial reporting and consolidations with Group Reporting is an asset Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) is an asset Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP‑enabled solutions Experience facilitating cross‑functional team members with complex schedules against a published planTeam lead expertise – stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes, budget management Development of project documentation including business process flows, test scenarios and scripts, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required Experience with all aspects of financial accounting and cost controlling within an ERP system Knowledge and experience implementing SAP Finance in Power & Utilities and/or Mining is highly preferred Ideally, you’ll also have Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the “C” level of Fortune 500 companies What We Look For We’re interested in passionate leaders with a strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the IT Consulting space.
