What Will You Do? Lead the continued expansion of Lee & Associates Toronto while building and mentoring a high‑performance brokerage and advisory platform Recruit experienced advisors and brokerage teams who are seeking a more entrepreneurial and collaborative environment Expand service platforms, including corporate real estate advisory, logistics and supply chain advisory, industrial, office, retail, multi‑family, investment sales, and capital markets services Drive growth initiatives tied to recruiting, client relationships, brokerage production, and platform expansion Position Lee & Associates Toronto as one of Canada’s leading independent commercial real estate advisory firms Contribute to the evolution of a technology‑enabled brokerage model leveraging AI, data intelligence, and modern advisory tools What Do You Need to Succeed? Must‑Have: Minimum 10 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or management experience Demonstrated track record of brokerage production and client development Established market credibility and strong client relationships across the Greater Toronto Area Proven experience recruiting and developing brokerage teams Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in building long‑term enterprise value Complimentary: Professional designations such as SIOR, CCIM, NAIOP, or MCR Experience leading or building a brokerage office or independent business unit What’s in it for you?
