Senior Design Architect We’re looking for a Senior Design Architect to lead the creation of impactful, low‑carbon buildings that make a meaningful difference in communities. How you’ll make a difference Set and champion the design vision for sophisticated institutional and public‑sector projects from concept through realization Translate client, stakeholder, and community aspirations into innovative architectural responses rooted in sustainability and performance Lead the exploration and resolution of complex design and technical challenges, ensuring clarity of design intent throughout delivery Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architecture, structure, and building systems into cohesive solutions Partner with DIALOG leadership to support design‑focused client relationships and represent design intent with authorities having jurisdiction Mentor, inspire, and grow teams while advancing design quality, emerging methodologies, and inclusive studio culture Who you are 12+ years of experience leading institutional or government architectural projects, including large‑scale work ($100M construction value) Professional degree in Architecture required; master’s degree and registration (or eligibility) preferred Proven design leader capable of directing multidisciplinary teams through conceptual, technical, and sustainability‑driven decisions Strong understanding of Revit and BIM platforms with the ability to provide strategic oversight of design workflows Experience supporting project pursuits (RFQs, RFPs, fee proposals) Clear, confident communicator who can articulate design ideas and technical concepts to diverse audiences LEED AP or similar sustainability credentials considered an asset $110,000 - $150,000 a year At DIALOG, we believe compensation should reflect the unique talent each person brings to our team.
