EMPLOYMENT Full-TimeSTART DATE June 2026THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy and Growth to join our team. You will report directly to the Manager, Strategy and Growth and contribute to two portfolios: “Capital and Global Markets”, as well as “Strategy and Corporate Services”. You will work closely with teams across the organization, including Company Support, Operations, and Partnerships, and will engage with government stakeholders, ecosystem collaborators and international partners.This is not a siloed role. You will be close to the action, contributing to strategies and initiatives that have real impact on Canadian health care and innovation.WHAT YOU'LL WORK ONConduct research and support due diligence on companies in CAN Health’s portfolio and Canada’s healthtech ecosystem.Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective investors, donors, and capital partners as CAN Health builds out its capital strategy.Support the development of partnership opportunities and materials for capital-related engagements.Global MarketsResearch international market opportunities for CAN Health companies, including product-market-fit analysis and partnership identification.Support consulting engagements with international partners by contributing insights, research and materials.Strategy and Corporate PlanningSupporting the development and implementation of the organization’s corporate plan and strategic priorities, working closely with the Enterprise team and collaborating across departments.Supporting government relations, reporting and strategic engagement activities, including the organization’s relationship with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED).Preparing strategic materials including briefing notes, reports, presentations, and business cases for leadership and external stakeholders.Funding DiversificationIdentifying and supporting new funding opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives that contribute to the growth and sustainability of CAN Health Network.Research and support the development of provincial, territorial, and federal funding proposals that diversify CAN Health’s funding sources.Interface with the Operations team to support Regional Leads with proposals relevant to their regions, sub-networks, and other funding pursuits.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are open to candidates from business, health sciences, public policy, or related fields. What matters most to us is your passion for the work, your ability to think clearly and communicate effectively, and your drive to contribute to something meaningful.Experience1 to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, full-time roles, research and entrepreneurship.A degree in business, health administration, life sciences, or a related field is an asset.
