Responsibilities Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every opportunity, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded throughout the food and beverage experience. Direct, delegate, and coordinate the banquets and food and beverage outlets’ daily business activities and team members. Ensure all event details and function specifications are executed in accordance with the client’s expectations. Manage food and beverage inventories, maintain par levels, and provide requisitions for products and supplies. Facilitate regular meetings with team members and food and beverage leadership. Maximize revenues while maintaining a high standard of service and positive guest experience. Coach, motivate, and train team members on a continual basis. Live the corporate culture, personifying it in daily interactions with both guests and team members. Be an engaging team member who is highly inclusive, inspiring, and able to relate to all levels. Qualifications 3-5 years of previous food and beverage experience at a supervisor or assistant manager level, preferably in a full-service hotel environment. Post‑secondary education in food and beverage or hospitality management is preferred. A hands‑on management approach and the ability to be present during all peak business periods. Experience in banquets, catering, and meetings. Proven track record of food and beverage cost controls. In‑depth knowledge of inventory management. Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs.
