Lead Developer in SRE will work alongside the technical director to drive the vision and evolution of our platform. Your role will ensure a reliable, high‑performing platform, shape the roadmap, integrate modern AI capabilities, and lead the SRE team. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Define and drive the vision for SRE platform development in collaboration with the technical director. Steward the platform, ensuring operation, maintenance, and continuous evolution. Manage and prioritize the SRE team’s development roadmap. Lead the adoption of modern AI capabilities to automate platform operations, accelerate development, and improve productivity. Manage the development team day‑to‑day, ensuring support and growth for each member. Distribute tasks and track progress, setting objectives aligned with company goals. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members, supporting their career paths. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and collaborate with other technical leaders to align technical direction. Implement robust solutions to detect, alert on, and analyze errors, trends, and application performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or management, or equivalent experience. Minimum seven years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership and team‑management role. Ability to define a technical vision and translate it into a concrete roadmap. Experience managing development teams, including task distribution and performance evaluation. Experience in project planning and tracking (scope, objectives, deadlines, costs, resources). Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. Solid programming experience and operating, maintaining, and evolving large‑scale production platforms. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and team‑management skills. Proficiency in French and English. Nice‑to‑Haves Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes). Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of the Go programming language. Experience in database administration (MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with Docker. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
