Responsibilities Assess and analyze business strategy, requirements, current state environment, and technology choices to evaluate solution alternatives that meet sponsor needs while leveraging CRM features and considering impact across lines of business (LoBs) using CRM and FSC Org structure. Develop strong understanding of business domain functionality and technology options to identify requirements trade-offs that meet business objectives and support technology evolution. Act as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert to other teams to ensure knowledge is propagated across Wealth—upskilling staff, training, etc. Ensure functional and non-functional considerations (resiliency, scalability, security) are factored into the solution and support long-term strategy realization. Provide expert counseling and support to the engineering team on constructing and maintaining robust, secure, and efficient applications supporting the WMC business. Contribute to the design and development on the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to drive business value. Provide thought leadership and direction for the WMC CRM transformation onto the Salesforce platform. Assist scrum teams in gathering requirements and user stories to develop/enhance functionality on the Salesforce platform, including technical analysis and estimates. Actively contribute in team discussions by sharing experiences or providing technical know-how to leverage out-of-the-box capabilities. Support in DevOps development and process efficiencies; stay current on Salesforce development platform and implement best practices following client standards and guidelines. Skills Essential: 8+ years IT experience in senior development roles on engineering teams with at least 5 years of Salesforce Platform experience (configuration, customization, and development). Essential: 5+ years in Agile environments on large programs (initiation to implementation). Essential: Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field; or equivalent. Essential: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning (APEX, Lightning Web Components), APIs, and Salesforce Data Model. Essential: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and product suites (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud). Essential: Strong web development background (Java, C#, HTML, XML, JSP, JavaScript). Essential: Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using Mulesoft, REST APIs, and event-based integration patterns. Essential: Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I or equivalent). Desirable Skills Expertise in Cloud Computing, virtualization, and SaaS platforms beyond CRM. Experience with data migration initiatives and CRM deployments in financial services. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Jenkins, AutoRABIT, COPADO). Wealth Management domain experience related to business processes and workflows. Experience with DevOps pipelines, Destructive.xml, and rollback strategies in Salesforce. Experience with Einstein for predictive analytics and Next Best Action. Experience working with Kafka.
