Position Title: Brand DirectorLocation: GTA – North Toronto/ VaughanWork Type: On-Site – 4 days in-office / 1 day remoteCompensation: $150-180K base + bonus About Our Client Our client is building and scaling some of the most exciting brands in the beauty and personal care space. They are hiring multiple Brand Directors across their portfolio, including brands in the clean and natural beauty space. These roles are designed for brand leaders who don’t just manage brands, but build and scale them. You will operate with a high level of ownership, leading strategy, innovation, and execution in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Position Overview This is a hands‑on brand leadership role where you are responsible for building and scaling the brand across strategy, innovation, and execution. You will own the brand end‑to‑end, including positioning, portfolio strategy, innovation pipeline, go‑to‑market execution, and commercial performance across both eCommerce and retail channels. This role requires someone who can balance consumer insight, creative storytelling, and strong commercial discipline to drive measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Own brand strategy, positioning, and long‑term growth plans Lead innovation from insight through to product launch and in‑market performance Identify white space opportunities and build a focused, commercially viable product pipeline Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies across retail and eCommerce channels Partner with Sales on retailer strategy, sell‑in, and in‑store execution Drive performance across Amazon and brick‑and‑mortar retail environments Use data (POS, Nielsen, Amazon, consumer insights) to guide decisions and optimize performance Lead cross‑functional teams across Product Development, Creative, Marketing, and Operations What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in brand management (beauty, personal care, or CPG) Proven end‑to‑end ownership of a brand, from strategy through execution and performance Experience leading innovation and product development from concept to launch Strong understanding of retail and eCommerce dynamics, including Amazon Commercial mindset with experience using data to drive decisions Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Experience in clean or natural beauty, or ingredient‑conscious products, is an asset Why This Role Multiple Brand Director opportunities across a growing portfolio High level of ownership and visibility across the business Opportunity to build and scale brands in a fast-moving environment Strong leadership team and significant growth momentum #J-18808-Ljbffr
