This role develops accurate and profitable pricing strategies, builds standardized pricing frameworks, and performs detailed data analysis to support margin discipline and operational alignment. The Specialist partners closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure pricing accuracy, contract performance, and strong commercial governance across national and strategic client portfolios.Key ResponsibilitiesLead pricing and estimating for HVAC preventative maintenance contracts, renewals, and capital initiativesDevelop accurate estimates based on field conditions, labor models, assets, and scopeSupport national account bids across multi-site and multi-region portfoliosIdentify pricing risks and adjust for profitabilityPerform quoted vs. actual analysis to improve pricing accuracyCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align pricing with deliveryDevelop and standardize estimating tools, templates, and processesDirect exposure to national accounts and complex portfoliosBlend of field experience, estimating, and commercial strategyHigh visibility with senior leadershipOpportunity to standardize service pricing across North AmericaQualifications5+ years HVAC experience (service, estimating, or sales)Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programsExperience with service agreements or contract pricing preferredAbility to translate field knowledge into accurate pricingStrong communication and commercial acumenSalary The salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data.
