Automate everything by managing and scaling our ETL pipelines using Airflow and Jenkins, ensuring code is version‑controlled in GitHub. Foster a data community by leading user trainings, sharing updates via Slack, and mentoring analysts across the company. Design for the user: act as a creative critic for visualizations, ensuring they meet a high bar for design, clarity, and user experience. Your Profile 4+ years in a business intelligence or data analytics role, preferably at a high‑growth tech or marketplace company. Ownership mentality: proven ability to take end‑to‑end responsibility for BI projects with minimal oversight. Proven track record administering BI platforms (Domo and Tableau) and managing tool roadmaps. Hands‑on experience connecting, cleaning, and harmonizing data from many sources into a unified BI layer. Experience with ETL automation tools (Airflow, Jenkins) and managing production codebases on GitHub. Technical toolkit: advanced SQL, strong background in Python and Java, and ability to use HTML/CSS for dashboard customization.
