This hybrid position is based in Calgary , with the requirement for some on-site work with clients (20-25% of schedule). About the Role This position is ideal for an HR professional with 7–10 years of generalist experience who is comfortable working across a broad range of HR functions. You will: Lead HR consulting engagements and deliver impactful people strategies Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing fractional HR support Guide organizations through change and growth Deliver projects related to compensation, performance management, engagement, HRIS, and talent development Your work will span areas such as strategic HR planning, organizational design, recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, policy development, and total rewards. You may be a great fit for this role if you’ve previously held positions such as HR Manager, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner. Qualifications and Work Environment 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in employee relations, engagement surveys, and HR policy development. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence leaders and deliver practical solutions. Solid knowledge of employment legislation (provincial and federal), with the ability to assess risk and ensure compliance. This position is ideal for a someone who thrives in a changing work environment. You enjoy developing long-term and collaborative working relationships, have the ability to work in teams, and are a self‑starter who is motivated to push initiatives through to completion. A post‑secondary education in Human Resources along with a CPHR designation (or working towards) is preferred but not required. There will be a combination of remote, and on-site client work. Travel may be 20-25% depending on the client engagement and workload. You must have access to reliable transportation and are willing to work a flexible schedule.
