Our client, a top Canadian bank, is hiring an Team Lead - Agriculture in Ontario. Reporting to the Associate Vice President – Agriculture, the Team Lead - Agriculture will coach a team of Account Managers - Agriculture, to promote the bank while also managing a senior portfolio of agriculture clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a team of account managers, creating an engaging work enviornment Track your employees growth and skills and development through personalized coaching Esablish a strategy with your partners to maximize your market impact and improve your sector's visibility Partiipcate in drafting the annual business plan for your market and manage it's execution Manage a mid-market portfolio Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through various acquisition and retention strategies Act as an ambassador fo the bank within the local community and industry Ensure compliance rules and operating procedures are adhered to and applied DESIRED PROFILE: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience 7 + years of relevant experience Experience in managing a team or coaching Strong background in commercial credit and business development Strong ability to influence others, good leadership skills and ability to manage priorities Sense of autonmy as well as organizational and change management skills Knowledge and involvement in the agriculture industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
