The Opportunity We are looking for a leader to join our Directors team, focusing on team development and support; client retention and growth; and Flywheel’s expansion as the leading Digital Commerce Solution. This role requires proven Commerce experience (Media and Retail), strong people management and leadership skills, and a passion for working with clients at executive levels, from business acquisition through ongoing growth and development. This role will work alongside the current Commerce Leadership team across all media and retail functions and must be filled by someone who is self-motivated, collaborative and results oriented, under the expectations set by executive management. The goal is to help grow our client’s business across all media opportunities, retain clients and assist in developing our internal team. What You Will Do Build and maintain strong client executive relationships to foster long-term partnerships, and prospect referrals, while identifying ways to drive incremental value to clients and fostering an environment for candid partnership feedback Oversee multiple client teams providing guidance to ensure strong performance against client goals and resolving any client issues Identify opportunities to grow revenue with existing clients, aligned with their objectives Oversee and implement the strategy of Flywheel Digital to scale effectively and efficiently Act as a brand ambassador for Flywheel internally (sharing market insights, trainings) and externally (participating in business development, conferences, webinars, groups) Ensure the team has training, resources and ongoing professional development to deliver value to clients daily Maintain team morale and motivation in a hybrid work environment Seek ways to improve operating efficiency while balancing work/life balance Contribute to hiring, team structuring, and account resourcing decisions Travel required based on client needs Who You Are 8+ years of eCommerce experience across Digital Commerce retailers & intermediaries or a similar industry Expert in fundamentals of Commerce (search, display, video, content, promotion, etc.) Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to Flywheel’s success Team management experience with leadership, mentoring and coaching skills Strong business acumen, problem solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Results-driven with strong customer focus Experience presenting and influencing at the Executive level Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments Bias for action and ability to achieve objectives with energy and tenacity Proactive and independently motivated Intellectually curious and quick learner Working at Flywheel We offer a competitive rewards package, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive, fun culture.
