You will use your experience and product knowledge to generate creative and unique solutions to meet customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a driven and competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment while being supported by a strong team. You will also have exceptional relationship building and communication skills. Responsibilities: You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. Act as an intermediary between customers and CSRs to ensure pricing is accurate and profitable. Develop strong relationships and operational understandings, helping to identify the correct packaging vertical to meet your customer’s unique needs Through direct sales representation, grow a loyal B2B customer base within a designated geographical area while strengthening the company’s position & market share within the territory. Analyze the customer base (currents & prospects) and target highest potential opportunities. Ensure successful integration of new business within the company network. Review monthly results / business plans and discuss sales strategies with Senior Management Participate in the industry organizations to stay up to date on industry trends. Prospecting for new clients to expand market share in Canada, USA and Internationally (some travel to USA may be required from time to time) Develop strong relationships with existing customers to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction. Create and position compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the business field of study would be an asset. 3-5 years of sales experience. Valid Driver's License and access to vehicle Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office Suite.Confident with strong communication and presentation skills in English and any French will be an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French will be an asset. Experience in Packaging or Printing would be an asset.
