Overview Manager, Enterprise Integration We are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Integration to lead the strategy, reliability, and modernization of our enterprise integration platforms. Responsibilities Define and execute a multiyear enterprise integration strategy and modernization roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team of integration and platform specialists, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence Provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure solution feasibility, architectural alignment, and delivery readiness Ensure platforms meet availability, security, performance, and SLA commitments Manage operating and capital budgets, optimizing costs through automation, rationalization, and vendor management Partner with architects, security, operations, and business teams to align integration capabilities with enterprise priorities Drive observability, monitoring, reliability, and performance optimization across platforms Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and industry standards Manage vendors, tools, and platforms supporting integration and automation initiatives Actively reduce technical debt and enterprise risk related to integration platforms Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise platform and integration environments 5+ years in people leadership or management roles Strong experience with cloud, integration, and modernization initiatives Proven background in enterprise scale operations, including observability, incident response, and reliability engineering Experience managing onshore and offshore vendors and service providers Demonstrated change leadership and capability building experience Strong financial acumen, including management of service contracts and platform licensing #J-18808-Ljbffr
