Software Developer – CRM (Siebel) – Senior Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Client: Public Sector Duration: 8+ Months (Extension Possible) We are looking for a Senior Software Developer – CRM (Oracle Siebel) with strong hands‑on experience in Siebel Public Sector implementations, integrations, and Open UI customization . This role focuses on designing, configuring, integrating, and supporting complex Siebel solutions , ensuring performance, scalability, and accessibility compliance (AODA) in an enterprise environment. Must-Have Skills & Experience 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Siebel Public Sector 8.x (Mandatory) 2+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel IP 20.x+ Strong experience with Siebel EAI, EIM, and data integration (10+ years) Expertise in Siebel Open UI customization (PM/PR scripting) (5+ years) Experience with Siebel Smart Scripts and Task-Based UI (5+ years) Hands‑on experience with Siebel e-Services and Siebel Remote Strong experience with REST (JSON) and SOAP web services (5+ years) Experience with Oracle BI Publisher Reports Experience integrating with SSO solutions (OID, ONE-KEY, GO-PKI) Experience with ETL/data migration and integration frameworks Proven experience in AODA compliance and WCAG accessibility standards Design, configure, and support complex Oracle Siebel CRM solutions in development and production environments Develop and manage integrations between Siebel and external systems (Oracle Service Cloud, GIS/ArcGIS, ONE-KEY, ERDMS, etc.) Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot defects/incidents across integrated systems Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, and integration frameworks using Open UI, EAI, EIM, REST/SOAP services Plan and execute data migration and ETL processes from legacy systems to Siebel Create and maintain technical documentation, build books, and performance metrics Develop unit testing scripts and validation processes to ensure system integrity Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and project managers on solution design and delivery Support DR/RR migrations, LOV migrations, and system enhancements Oracle Siebel Public Sector (8.x, IP20+) Siebel EAI, EIM, Open UI (PM/PR), Smart Scripts REST / SOAP Web Services Oracle BI Publisher ETL / Data Migration Tools Integration with GIS (ArcGIS), Oracle Service Cloud, SSO Nice to Have Experience with Siebel data modeling and multi-org configurations Experience with Workspace and parallel development Experience evaluating Siebel upgrade paths Exposure to public sector environments Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Experience working in Agile delivery environments Ability to produce technical documentation and design artifacts #J-18808-Ljbffr
