Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the veterinary clinic, including staff scheduling, workflow management, and ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. Lead, mentor, and support a team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff to ensure high standards of care and service delivery. Foster positive client relationships and ensure outstanding customer service experiences, addressing client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, billing, and inventory control. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and enhance clinic visibility within the community. Ensure maintenance and upkeep of clinic facilities, equipment, and supplies to provide a safe and functional environment for patients, staff, and clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Management, or related field preferred. Previous experience in veterinary practice management or equivalent leadership role preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client and staff relations. Knowledge of veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology.
