Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other similar discipline Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) required Change Management methodologies (PROSCI/ADKAR) required Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) required Valid Class 5 Drivers License Experience Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle PaaS working knowledge. Gathering and documentation of business requirements, function specifications and use cases. Management of IT or business related projects through all stages of the project. Lead Business Analyst on IT or business related projects through all stages of the project. Demonstrated verbal, written and facilitation stills. Ability to supervise consultants hired to undertake IT related functions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff to promote and maintain a positive corporate climate.
