We actively invest in commercial real estate asset classes globally, with a strong focus on Canada and the United States. This role offers hands‑on exposure to real estate investing and is ideal for a student eager to gain experience in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will support the team across a range of initiatives while developing practical skills in analysis, research, and asset management.Key Responsibilities:Support the Real Estate Investment Management team in evaluating potential acquisitions across North America, including assisting with property valuations, investment materials, and market researchAssist with due diligence processes during property acquisitions and support ongoing monitoring of investment performanceContribute to asset management reporting requirements, including budgeting and periodic reportingConduct research on market fundamentals across various real estate asset classesProvide support on ad hoc projects and assignments as requiredJob Requirements:Education and ExperienceCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Real Estate, Finance, or a related programPrevious internship or co‑op experience in real estate, finance, or a related field is an asset but not requiredStrong interest in real estate investing and financial analysisQualifications:Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentSelf‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive, “can‑do” attitudeThis co‑op position offers an hourly rate in the range of $20–$25, based on skills, experience, and education.About the Company:We create value for people and placesAs active owners, operators, and managers of real estate, we bring over 25 years of experience to every investment.
