Beautifi is seeking a Bilingual Partner Success Specialist to support our clinic partners by ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to inbound inquiries. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional partner experience and reducing friction in the clinic journey. This role will work closely with Client Experience, Business Development and Revenue Operations to ensure clinic needs are met quickly and accurately, while maintaining strong data integrity and process consistency. Responsibilities Monitor the clinic support phone line, ensuring all inbound calls are answered within business hours Respond to inbound clinic inquiries regarding patient application status Request and collect required information from clinics to facilitate fundings Respond to clinic inquiries related to funding status and timelines Monitor and manage the Partnerships inbox, ensuring timely responses and escalation to Account Managers or Business Development as required Coordinate collection of remittance details for prospective partners Coordinate with clinics on client refunds and cancellations, ensuring accurate and timely processing Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other internal systems Key Core Competencies 1-3 years of experience in customer support, partner success or operations roles Bilingual (French) is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Salesforce or ability to quickly learn Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on resolution and partner experience Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving start-up environment Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments What we offer Dental, Vision and Health Benefits – 100% employer paid Fun and energetic workplace Advancement opportunities for top performers #J-18808-Ljbffr
