Responsibilities Spearhead and take leadership of overall building strategies, departmental relationships and departmental plans. Complete work in all project phases including Master Planning, feasibility studies, Design, Construction Documentation and Contract Administration Present key design ideas and lead user group meetings Support the mentorship and growth of junior and intermediate professionals, including working alongside and overseeing work Work collaboratively and coordinate effectively with both internal and external disciplines across every phase of the project Contribute to establishing and sustaining the studio's design culture Don’t meet every single requirement?
