Compensation Expected hiring range: $200,000 to $230,000 based on a 35‑hour work week, depending on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity. Lead a large, multi‑disciplinary organization and simplify our technology landscape to accelerate delivery and embed AI. Act as the primary technology delivery partner to business leaders, translating strategy into solution roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and clear value realization plans. Own end‑to‑end delivery of the full portfolio of business solutions (SaaS platforms, custom applications, and digital products), ensuring alignment to business priorities and continuous value creation. Lead the evolution from project‑based delivery to a product operating model, enabling teams to own outcomes, manage backlogs, and deliver value continuously. Champion AI‑driven innovation, identifying opportunities and integrating capabilities (e.g., generative AI, intelligent workflows) to enhance client, advisor, and operational outcomes. Drive enterprise‑wide platform simplification, reduce system complexity, rationalize overlapping solutions, and advance an integrated, scalable architecture. Oversee SaaS vendor and partner management end‑to‑end, including selection, commercial management, performance accountability, and alignment to strategic priorities. Establish and lead portfolio governance, including prioritization frameworks, delivery health metrics, and executive‑level reporting to ensure transparency and informed decision‑making. Drive delivery excellence through modern practices (agile, DevSecOps, continuous delivery), with clear standards across quality, velocity, security, and scalability. Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing organization, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Own financials and risk, including budget management, vendor spend, and ensure all solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive technology leadership, including 5+ years in a senior solutions delivery or IT leadership role (VP or equivalent), with a proven track record delivering complex, enterprise‑scale SaaS and custom solutions. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, clear priorities, and measurable outcomes, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a similarly regulated environment. Experience owning multi‑million dollar budgets and managing vendor ecosystems, with strong financial stewardship and a focus on value realization and ROI. Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is an asset), combined with exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Proven success building, leading, and developing high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary teams across product, engineering, QA, and architecture. Deep expertise in modern delivery practices including agile, product management, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery, with experience evolving organizations toward a product‑centric operating model. Hands‑on understanding of AI/ML and generative AI, with the ability to embed intelligent capabilities into business solutions, workflows, and decision‑making.
