We’re looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our Real Estate team.As the Client Solutions Manager, reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will work directly with commercial clients to deliver world‑class customer service. You will manage an existing portfolio of clients – driving the renewal cycle, handling day‑to‑day policy changes, working on diverse accounts and collaborating with insurers.Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) – remote and office collaboration.ResponsibilitiesSupport a designated portfolio of commercial clientele, playing the lead role in business retention and continually building upon customer relationships.Review accounts at renewal, take necessary steps to place coverage required by the client, re‑market when required, and adhere to binding authority set out by carriers.Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, drive the creation of quality leads, and work with Account Executives in binding the client.Consistently upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying abreast of new products and policy changes.QualificationsCommercial insurance brokering experience preferred.Experience working within the Real Estate segment is a strong asset.RIBO license in active and good standing is required.CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications and/or designations are highly valued.Knowledge of EPIC is an asset.Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to offer clients resourceful and innovative solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling deep relationships with clients and synergy with colleagues.Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced, multifaceted environment.Attention to detail is a key part of success in past roles.Tech‑savvy, with the ability to learn new systems, tools and processes.Compensation and Benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams, and exciting career opportunities, we offer a wide range of benefits.
