About the Team The Site Reliability Engineering team delivers, manages, and monitors Kinaxis products and cloud infrastructure in our production offerings. We ensure service availability and performance globally 24/7, develop automation for production operations, and support modern platform tooling. What you will do Deliver Software‑as‑a‑Service to customers globally. Maintain customer excellence and meet all SLAs. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Deploy, upgrade, and support applications, services, and operating systems. Expose to infrastructure: VMWare, Kubernetes, networking, etc. Expose to public clouds: Azure and GCP. Troubleshoot system performance and application health issues. Own and manage incident resolution process. Adhere to all security and confidentiality requirements. Perform additional project work as requested. What we are looking for Enrolled in a post‑secondary diploma or degree program in computer science or related discipline. Proven troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Canadian citizen or permanent resident for CGRP security requirements. Things that would definitely help Remote system administration knowledge. System performance monitoring understanding. Modern SaaS technologies experience.
