Comprehensive Repairs: Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components including fuel systems, brakes, steering and suspension, engine and drive trains, emission control, exhaust, and climate control. Electrical Expertise: Perform intricate repairs on electrical and electronic systems, including wiring harnesses, sensors, and control modules. System Testing: Road test vehicles and test repaired systems against manufacturers performance specifications to ensure safety and reliability. Maintenance & Service: Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune‑ups. Documentation: Review work orders, discuss work with supervisors, and complete detailed reports on problems found and work performed. Candidate Requirements Certified Journeyperson Hold a valid Red Seal Endorsement or Provincial Trade Certification. Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in automotive repair.
