Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Culture: Implement HR initiatives, support engagement programs, and partner with leadership to address people and business challenges. Employee Relations: Handle inquiries, onboarding, compensation guidance, disability management, investigations, conflict resolution, separations, and immigration processes. Change Management: Support organizational change and promote positive adoption. Talent Development: Facilitate training, coaching, succession planning, and career mobility. Performance Management: Coach leaders on performance issues and disciplinary processes. HR Metrics & Compliance: Provide analytics, ensure compliance with laws, policies, and health & safety programs. HR Operations: Conduct store visits, manage HR documentation, and support administrative tasks. Qualifications: Post-secondary education in HR; CPHR designation an asset. 35+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in retail/multi-site operations. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and SINP. Valid drivers license; ability to travel within SK/MB. Skills: Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and business acumen. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR technology platforms. Ability to travel within Saskatchewan and Manitoba up to 15% of the time.
